Return Policy:

Every piece is made-to-order, reducing waste while ensuring each design remains as unique as the individual wearing it.

We offer returns only in cases where:

• The wrong item was sent.
• The product arrived damaged.

In such instances, we will provide a replacement or issue store credits as a refund. To initiate a return, email us at bambooshootbrand@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos/videos of the item and packaging. The item must be unused.

Important: If wash care instructions (found in the product description) are not followed, resulting in damage (such as hard washing or scrubbing on prints), we are unable to offer replacements or returns in such cases.

Washing: Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.

Bleaching: Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed.

Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry in shade for best results. Avoid dry cleaning.

Ironing: If necessary, cool iron inside-out. Do not iron over any decoration.
